whipped up a batch of chef chuck’s homemade espresso marshmallows, and i’m happy to report that it was a success.
i figured, since i love eating so much, it’s time i tried my hand at making my favorite stuff for myself. for a noob in the kitchen, i’m pretty proud of myself. i know it’s marshmallows, but there was gelatin involved! =P
